Each surface gets its own method and its own cleaner. There are 30 to 40 different products on the trailer for that reason.
On time, to the minute
If I say I'm going to be there at 8 o'clock, I show up exactly on time.
Brian has never been late to a job. You get a date, a time and an estimate of how long the work will take.
You pay after the walk-around
I do not accept any payment until the job is finished and a complete walk-around is done.
No deposit. When the work is done you walk the property with Brian, and only then does he take payment. Cards, checks and cash are all fine.

Plants are watered before, during and after. Bushes get tarped, outlets get taped, sensitive areas get caution tape and vehicles are moved clear of overspray.

If a service won't help, Brian will tell you. If he spots a problem on the property, he points it out and talks it through with you.

The wash is booked around your family, your work and your travel. Crews run seven days a week from 7 AM until dark.

You inspect the work with Brian. He tells you when pets can go back out and when sealed concrete can take foot traffic or a car. Then you pay.

Is it safe for my pets after you spray?
Keep pets inside for at least an hour after the wash. Brian tells you the exact time before he leaves. After a roof wash, pets can usually go back out within an hour.
Can the cleaners damage my landscaping?
They can if the crew is careless, which is why protecting plants is part of every job. Landscaping is soaked with water before any cleaner goes on, one person keeps it watered the whole time, and most bushes are tarped.
How long until I can walk or drive on sealed concrete?
It depends on the sealer and the weather that day. Brian gives you the exact times for foot traffic and for cars before he leaves the property.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. Nothing is paid until the job is finished and you have done a complete walk-around with Brian. He accepts all credit cards, checks and cash. There are no payment plans.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force and suits driveways, sidewalks and some brick. Soft washing stays at 300 PSI or less and lets the cleaner do the work. It is the right method for roofs, vinyl siding and anything pressure would damage.
Do you use a pressure washer on roofs?
Never. Pressure strips the granules off asphalt shingles. Roofs are soft washed from the ground with no ladders and no pressure.
